When using our website, we require your name, telephone number and email address as a minimum when using our contact form. We ask for your consent for this data to be collected and stored so we can contact you and answer your query. We may use your email address to update you on new treatments we are providing or new offers, if you consent to this.
Who we share this information with
Your personal information provided by you on our website and booking system is handled confidentially and is not shared with or sold to any other parties, unless we are required by law to do so. Your payment information is never shared. You may request details of your stored personal information, its update or deletion, by contacting us on admin@hourglasswellbeing.com.
How we store your information
Personal information provided by you on our website is stored by our web host Squarespace.com on a server with SSL security encryption. You can read their Privacy Policy here. Likewise, your booking and clinical information is stored on an ultra-secure and encrypted server hosted by Nookal, our Patient Management System. You can read their Privacy Policy here. Payment information, should you choose to save it, is stored by reputable payment handlers Stripe and SumUp when booking appointment or make payments in clinic. Personal and payment information collected by these services is not shared to any other parties - you can refer to Stripe and SumUp’s own Privacy Policies. Hourglass Wellbeing therefore does not directly handle your online payments.
Your information at the clinic
We collect data from you as a legal requirement when having a clinical consultation or procedure. Personal information, contact details and clinical encounters are documented in your file using an ultra-secure and encrypted Electronic Patient Management System called Nookal. You may request a copy of your records by contacting us on admin@hourglasswellbeing.com.
