Mr. Matt Fraser is a highly experienced Exercise, Health and Nutrition coach in Aberdeen. He has a passion for exercise physiology and has won several awards in Body Building. Mr Fraser offers his services face-to-face at CN Fitness, a private gym in Aberdeen city centre that exclusively offers 1:1 personal training. Mr Fraser additionally offers comprehensive online services which include individualised meal plans, tailored exercise programmes and continuous support via weekly check-ins.
