With a strong foundation in Person-Centered Counseling and Psychotherapy, she employs an integrative approach that specialises in Trauma-Informed Narrative Therapy. This approach involves engaging deeply with clients' stories, exploring events in chronological order, and systematically addressing negative associations and responses. It is particularly effective in addressing the effects of complex trauma arising from a range of sources, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, harmful attachment experiences, and abusive institutions and systems.
